Acceptance
By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Lessons & scheduling
Sessions run on the dates and times shown at booking. Because lessons are one-on-one and space is limited, please arrive on time; missed lessons may be handled as makeup lessons at our discretion.
Payments & refunds
Tuition is due as described at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card and Affirm). Refund and makeup policies will be provided at enrollment.
Health & safety
You confirm the health information you provide is accurate. Lessons follow ISR safety protocols. Weather or cold-water conditions may require cancellations, in which case a makeup lesson is typically offered.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you're not authorized to. We may suspend access for abuse.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
