The Ripple Effect ISR ("we", "us") provides ISR survival swim lessons in Menifee, CA 92584. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

Parent/guardian details: name, email, phone.

Child details you provide for lessons: first name, age/date of birth, and health or developmental information required by the ISR program.

Booking, payment status (payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and communications you send us.

Basic technical data (e.g., IP address) used for security and rate limiting.

We only collect a child's information from a parent or legal guardian, with consent, and solely to provide swim instruction and ensure safety. We do not sell children's data or use it for advertising.

You may review, update, or request deletion of your child's information at any time by contacting us.

To respond to inquiries, register and schedule lessons, process payments, send lesson-related and safety notifications, and operate and secure the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with providers that help us operate: Supabase (secure database/hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Google (the owner's email inbox automation), and an AI provider used to help sort and draft email responses. Each processes data on our behalf under their terms.

California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context advertising). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide lessons and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, access controls (row-level security), and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
